We are committed to excellent customer service and fully expect you to love your new pieces. However, sometimes things can not fit right - or perhaps it’s just not what you expected. In that case - we would be happy to offer an exchange.
You just simply need to keep the tags on and initiate the exchange via our RETURN PORTAL within 30 days. Our address is located on the return portion of the address label.
Once we receive the item, we will add the credit to your account for a future purchase.
Currently we do not offer refunds.
